The URL referenced in the DJGPP V2.01 release's README.1st -
 An <avly AT remus DOT rutgers DOT edu>'s tutorial on getting started with DJGPP.

 appears to have broken.  There is also no "/~avly/" user anymore
according to the httpd server there.  Just a note to let everyone know.
