Check out Caldera's win32 project.
<http://www.cygnus.com/misc/gnu-win32/> They
have ported either DJGPP's stuff, or the GNU stuff to win32 which runs
under the 
DOS box on win95/NT machines. They also have a library that will let you
develop
win32 programs. I don't have win95 yet, so I havn't tried it, but it
might be 
helpful.
