I've been using nearptrs to access 0xA0000 (for simple MCGA stuff), but I 
was wondering if there is a (equally fast) way to do it by making DPMI 
calls (to tell DPMI that 'its okay' for me to write in that memory).

Surely there must be some way to tell DPMI that you want to write to the 
screen directly, rather than cheating. (Or not?)
