Yes,yes,
I've noticed this too.
Running in Win95 *and* DOS too (I think).
I was using uclock() to time the joysticks but the -ves
really screwed things up. In the end a wrote a "wrapper"
that ignored -ves. Of course I also timed it several times
and took an average.
