Yes. You're compiling a C++ program and so you need to download the C++
zip files. They are gpp????b.zip and lgp????b.zip, versions (I think) are
2721 and 271. Unzip these as you did for the rest of your installation and
it should work.

If not, make sure you've read readme.1st and, in particular, make sure you
have SET DJGPP=(...)\DJGPP.ENV and added (...)\BIN to your path, where
(...) is the path to your base DJGPP directory.
