I am using some code from the grabber program to use a file selector
box.  Grabber compiled and works OK on my system, but the same code
in my new program doesn't respond to keyboard input.  Does the file
selector call have to be part of a menu system or dialog box system?
Am I missing something that's completely obvious to the rest of you?
Would it help to post the source code to my program?
