Tests done by rebuilding all nodes in Doom Shareware Mission 1. BSP v.9
by Colin Reed used. djgpp 2.72 used in v2 compiles.

Some speed differences between v1 and v2:
-=-Time to rebuild all nodes-=-
v1: 46.59

v2: 101.29  No Optimizations
v2: 48.58 -O1/-O2 (produced identical code)
v2: 48.23 -O3
