DJGPP does not (yet) directly support generation of 32-bit Windows
native executables.  There's an expansion package available called RSXNT
which is supposed to allow Win32 development, although there are still
some major components missing, such as an IDE and a debugger.  See
chapter 3.6 of the DJGPP FAQ (v2/faq210b.zip) for more information on
RSX and windows programming in general.
