I've noticed that someone posted where to find source code fore
reading/writting JPEGs.  I'm wondering if anybody knows of a document which
precisely describes the JPEG file format so that whomever wants to can
write their own JPEG reader/writer without having to seep through tones of
someone else's cryptic code or looking at tones of very vague documents on
the subject of the JPEG file format.
