>Are there any Intel -> at&t ASM converters? Maybe, but there is something I can recommend: NASM (Netwide Assembler). I think the latest version is 0.94. It takes Intel syntax (although not MASM) and can produce COFF, elf, obj, com, ... formats. You can get it from ftp://ftp.cdrom.com/pub/simtelnet/msdos/asmutl/nasm094.zip.
