The latest version of a2ps (4.8) will pretty print a whole slew of
lanuages, including c and c++, and about thirty others. You should be
able to slurp it from < http://www.enst.fr/~demaille/a2ps.html >. There
is apparently a pre-compiled windows version at that site as well as the
normal source-only distribution. He also has pointers to 2 competing
packages.
I haven't actually tried v4.8, but 4.6.1 works well on my sun at work.
