Hello, Gurunandan.

I can understand your fillings about downloading lots of fat files.
Probably link in India is as bad as in Moldova (50-100 bytes per second).
But I consider, that binary distributions must remain as they are now.
Think about people, who don't need InfoTeX sources. After inclusion of .texi
files archives will significantly grow up in size. And it's not good for
majority. Generaly speaking dublication is a bad practice. 
The best solution, I think, is that somebody, who have some free ftp/web
space, will put archived .texi sources for downloading. But for that you
must ask somebody for help.
