Did you try the advice in section 9.1 of the FAQ (look near its end)?
It tells you how to make sure this kind of problems is due to a wild
pointer dereference in your program, which CWSDPMI catches while most
other DPMI hosts don't.

Once you are sure that is the problem, you will need to debug your
code to see where exactly does the bug happen.
