C++ is a superset of C.  You can run a C FFT and IFFT in C++.  Does this
mean that you don't have the code?  You could write C++ code to take in
raw data and FFT it  calling a C function with the C++ code.  The same
goes for the filtering code.

I geuss the question is, what exactley do you need, information on
writing the code in C++ or the code itself?
