I sorry to say that to my knowlege, the only way to access the windows
stack, you will have to use Win32 API.  There are some available (see
the djgpp home page), but I haven't touched them due to their complexity
and lack of documentation.

BTW: If you get the WATTCP library to work, let me know how you did it. 
I have tried without success.
