1) Make sure you have the files 'v2gnu/gpp2721b.zip' and
'v2/lgp271b.zip'.
2) Can you compile C files?  If not, then you must make sure to set up
your environment properly according to the instructions in
'v2/readme.1st'.
3) To compile a C++ program, use the following command:

  gxx -Wall -o foo.exe foo.cpp

You must use lowercase - gcc is case sensitive.
