Why repeat half a page of answer every time someone asks
a FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION when they can get the same
answer in effectively 1 line... BUT, that would be LOGICAL!
Why bother have a FAQ if you just answer them every time
with a huge email?

Ummm...yeah... Why not? At least Eli usually points the
person the exactly the right position in the FAQ, so its
not like they have to wade their way through it...

If someone can tell them the answer, they are greater
knowledge. If someone tells them to look at the FAQ,
their a dim shit. You can't do either, where does that
put you?

Just for the record, Eli is doing an excellent job
IMHO of course, and I think it must be a global thought
because your the ONLY person who has ever had a whinge
about it in the whole time I have been reading this
group... Let me guess, your either:
* A Uni student
* An AOLer...
