This sounds to me, that you (or someone else) has modified the
specs file in %DJDIR/lib. Please look there and/or check if it
is the same like in djdev201.zip.

If you don't know what I mean, please add the '-v' switch when linking
your program and post here the generated output together with
the file %DJDIR%/lib/specs.
