Thanks to Teun Burgers <burgers AT ecn DOT nl> I can post a patched RCS that
works with Novell.  There was a problem with the rename semantics on
the Novell share that causes CO to fail.  This is fixed.

You can find the binaries on my ftp site, or you can wait until DJ
moves the package files to simtel.

Description:     RCSDOS is a patched, precompiled version of Walter
		 Tichy's Revision Control System.  It includes
		 enhancements to circumvent Un*x-like assumtions of
		 RCS such as: soft file links for finding log files,
		 appropriate CR-LF translation, and reading change
		 comments from disk files.  Included is a PATCH (Larry
		 Wall's) compatible unified diff of the changes to the
 		 standard RCS distribution.  The executables are
		 compiled with DJGPP v2.01.  These binaries support 
		 long filenames in Windows 95.
