What version of DJGPP are you using? This looks to me like the old version
1 graphics setup. That's very old; the latest version is 2.01 which you
can get from any simtelnet mirror in simtelnet/gnu/djgpp, in the v2,
v2gnu, etc. directories.

With DJGPP version 2.01 you can use Allegro which should be able to get
the graphics card working.
