There is (a.o) a GNU package for that. It can be found on the standard gnu
archives (e.g. prep.ai.mit.edu/pub/gnu/ and its mirrors). It is called gmp.

There is also a non-GPL replacement from comp.sources.misc, e.g. on
ftp://gatekeeper.dec.com/.b/usenet/comp.sources.misc/volume40/
