Is the ASCII 31 and must be when the node ends. You can even create an info
file just by hand (without tag table) and it will be recognized by the Info
viewer of RHIDE (of course info supports it) but all the nodes must start with
the Node word like that:

Node: Any name

and end with ASCII 31.

If you load such a thing in the RHIDE info viewer it will scan the whole file
to create an internal tag table for it so you can even see the list of nodes
and choose one.
