I don't know exactly if the DOS memory is somewhere freed at
startup (the crash was already at startup), but for installing
the mouse callback function I have to allocate some DOS memory
and to lock many variables and functions, probably NT doesn't
like also allocating (at least in many small chunks) DOS memory.
