The fastest PowerPC (the 604) is 110MHz.. others are 60MHz, 66, 80.
However other RISC boxes (e.g. RS/6000 591H) have Power2 CPU's.. the 591H
has a 71.5MHz processor, but it's in the same class as a 300MHz Alpha
(Power2 is a 9-issue [theoretically] chip)
