Surprise!  The FAQ indeed doesn't include a section about DJGPP
installation.  The reason is historical: DJGPP has always had a good
README.1ST file which described that.  Also, I could never dream that
people who install DJGPP will forget to add it to their PATH.  To this
day, I still can't believe that people make such mistakes.  I mean,
come on, these are people who DEVELOP SOFTWARE, not some junior
secretary assistant from down the hall who can't say ESC from Enter,
right?
