I have uploaded to Simtel and sunsite the new version (1.8.1) of MGUI
(Morello Graphic User Interface), a cross-platform GUI library
with a designing tool (providing source code generation) for the following
targets:
 Borland BGI, DJGPP+GRX20, Windows 3.1, Win32, Linux X11, Linux 
svgalib/GRX20.
MGUI library is freeware for freeware use, shareware (with unlimited
evaluation time) otherwise.

New in this release:

- GIF image support
- TIFF and JPEG image support (32 bit platforms only).
- Utility functions for image processing.
- Mouse cursor assigning to Objects.
- Automatic help on timed popup windows.
- Popup menu
- Menu mnemonics support.
- Optimization in Object creation/resize/positioning.
