It *is* in README.1ST, of course - which the FAQ points to. I think if the
FAQ had a section on setting up DJGPP itself it would be almost an exact 
copy of README.1ST, which people should have anyway.

If we sat a monkey down for an infinite time, do you think he would be
able to produce all the information in the FAQ? Hmm... doubt it.
