It can go anywhere you like, because it isn't tied in to the rest of the
djgpp source tree (the makefile copies some files to the djgpp include
and lib directories, but it determines their location from the $(DJDIR)
variable). Mine lives in d:\allegro, but c:\djgpp\allegro will be fine.
