Hi y'all,
I have been using RHIDE as my "official" C IDE for quite sometime now
and I have been satisfied by it's performance. But as you know there is
always a possible quirk lurking, and I happened to chance on one. I
accidentaly created my source program on the root directory of my hard
disk now with the older RHIDE versions (upto 1.1b) I had no trouble
compiling it from there cuz it was recognized by the IDE. But when I
downloaded RHIDE 1.1d something very strange happened, RHIDE can't locate
the file even it was defined in the Options Sources path.
I think something happened when Robert upgraded this superb
software. Well has anyone encountered this kind of quirk? Btw RHIDE
compiles fine when my sources are not in the root directory.
Sample error message is:
File location: c:\>lightbar.c
RHIDE message:
Compiling ../lightbar.c ?? ../ (when it is in the root directory)
(NOENT) message error (only when source is in the root directory)
Please your input is highly appreciated. :)
Rickyu.....
