I would be interested in seeing the speed on the RISC with -O3, and all
platforms with -O2.
(Does something in -O3 conflict with Windows multitasking or its brand
of DPMI?)
Also, take note that even compiling a benchmark program on the RISC with
-O3, won't compile it with optimizations for that particular chip, any
more than you can optimize for post-80486 chips on an Intel machine
currently with DJGPP.
