We could always use a blunderbuss approach, someone spots a message which
does not belong, (100,000 nude pictures!), and sends an email to the
author with a carbon copy going to a couple of people on his 'ammo'
mailing list.  These people would also send a reply to the author and cc's
to their people on their 'ammo' list.  I would think that a hundred emails
objecting to the material's content would tend to discourage folks from
repeating their posting to this group.
