When I saw that Allegro docs were now in HTML format, I smiled with glee. 
Loaded up the contents page, and clicked on a topic... to find they went
nowhere.

Took me a little while to figure it out, but it ended up being really
simple.  The links in the contents page point to .html files, whereas the
separate chapters are actually .htm files.

Really simple, and I guess it may be the fault of the makedoc program, but
it's an easy fix.
