You have installed (with 99%) DJGPP version 2.0 and not version 2.01
which is the actual version. RHIDE is build with DJGPP 2.01 which  
uses now an other technique to pass long commandlines to external  
programs. Programs which are build with DJGPP 2.0 do not understand
this. I strongly recommend you to upgrade to DJGPP 2.01.
