These error messages suggest that you somehow invoke a 16-bit DPMI
program from Matcom (which is a 32-bit DPMI program compiled with
DJGPP).  Please see whether you have some non-DJGPP programs
(possibly, from Borland) which are on your PATH before the DJGPP
directories.
