Sometimes if I hit F6 or shift-F6, RHIDE suddenly gets it into its head to
recompile my program! And, if I hit ^C to interrupt it, it seems to take
as long as a minute or two to "register" that ^C was hit. (At least ^C
doesn't sometimes hang the PC like it did under DJGPP v1!)
This is annoying, since a compile takes a while and usually if I'm
switching windows it's in mid-edit and the code is not, at the moment,
valid C anyways.
