You have to be a teacher or a student to get the educational price.
I ordered the educational version of Watcom C/C++ and Watcom Fortran
from Powersoft. I had to fax them a copy of my community college
instructor ID before they would send it out to me.
They required some kind of proof that you are a student or instructor
to get the educational versions of the products.
