Absoulutely true. I would recommend using DJGPPv2.01 with the
RSXNTDJ1 package. It's almost small enough to fit on one disk whereas the
NT09 package is _HUGE_(well not as big as Cygnus' "all.tar"), so I can
definately understand confusion on this issue. RSXNTDJ1 is IMHO a much
better option, if you are already running DJGPP, and have no immediate need
to build DLL's(assuming you aren't running Win3x).

The only change I made that was not in the RSXNTDJ1 online Install help,
was to copy DJGPP.djl to DJGPP.lnk. Please do not ask me why though,
hehe...I read something on using it with 2.01 and it recommended this.

In regards to getting familiar with DJGPP first, I'm not sure if I can
agree. Windows programming is quite a bit different than DOS. Ultimately, I
believe that you're going to have to _invest_ in some good books, and going
the Dos->Windows route(even if the compilers are free) is going to add up a
_LOT_ quicker. Just my two cents... please don't flame me if you disagree.
