I think that everybody from this list will agree with you.

Actualy, bug reporting is a very important and useful part of software
development process. One computer differs from another a lot. Program,
wich works pefectly on author's computer, can show very ugly quirks on
another one. Also, sometimes author can get a really brilliant idea from
"wish list" in bug report. Of couse it is sad to see sometimes unfriendly
and full of flames messages from people, who didn't paid anything for
used software. But friendly, high-quality reports fill author's live with
joy, they show that people really appreciate his/her piece of code
(belive me, because fortunatly I had such experiense, while developing
one scientific program for my sciense advisor and his co-authors from
Germany and France. The project was developed in BP, so it isn't related
to DJGPP or RHIDE in any way, but the main sense of bug reporting is
always the same).

I can ensure you, that without bug-reporting process development of those
great masterpieces wasn't been possible.

>THANK ROBERT HOEHNE FOR YOUR WORK

Hey! I thought my English is the ugliest in this list ;)
Just a joke, please don't be uppset.
