That's what the FAQ says.

The FAQ also says that you can _NOT_ compile Win32 executibles, or DLLies
with DJGPP.
This statement seems to make RSNTDJ useless... Could this be true?

I currently use DJGPPv2x and TC3x for dos, and think it would be good
to experiment with some Windows programming, unfortunately it seems that
most of the (GNUish Windows)packages were designed mainly for porting
existing programs; They all seem dependent upon other packages. I'm sorry
to clutter the group with questions which might not apply directly to
DJGPP, but it seems as though quite a few others are having similar
problems. Is anyone out there having success writing Win95/NT progs. with
DJGPP, or GNU port? Is the EMX compiler an option for DOS users? Would
both(or either) the Cygnus or the RSX package allow using the WIN32 sdk?
Any light that could be shed on this would certainly help me see:)

p.s. What is a geek code block? Isn't it rude to use the f.l.a.
AFAIK?(thanks)
