Try this:  Install 'rm.exe' from the GNU Fileutils (v2gnu/fil313b.zip). 
Then change to your root DJGPP directory and type the following command:

  rm -f @manifest/<package>.mft.

This will delete all files in the indicated package.  Be careful though,
because some of the DJGPP packages have duplicate files.
