I've written a porgram that accesses winsock in Win31/95. It supports
most socket functions, but only one database functions (resolve). It's
at http://www.rangenet.com/markiv/wsock.html. Also, Alfons Hoogervorst
<proteus AT worldaccess DOT nl> has written a library for dos. It's at
http://www.worldaccess.nl/~proteus/wsock.htm
