famous last words, don't you think?  ;)
i think the real problem is not just emulating the windows API, but all
those &*(&^$^ DLL's as well. micro$oft keeps adding and adding 'em and you
can't claim true windoze compatibility if you don't emulate them DLL's as
well..

for reference, see the WINE project.. after several years, even with lots
of volunteers, it's still incomplete.  8O
