Yes...  :(  The IDE liked to thrash my hard drive, once upon a time...

From my experience, and from everything I've heard from other people,
DJGPP is far better than Borland's compilers.  It's a much
better-quality compiler, and has (IMHO) better development tools.  The
only dos compiler that is comparable to DJGPP is Watcom's compiler.
