It can only be because people don't read the documentation and start
assuming things.  The 'readme.1st' file, the FAQ, and a good half-dozen
other documents written about DJGPP by various people all explain what
cwsdpmi is and how to use it.

I don't see how we can make it any plainer, but some people still get
confused.  :(
