I've written a BOOTP client.  It gets the DNS server's IP.  I've also
writen a DNS client.  It currently only supports resolving host names to
IP address, but it will support more functions later.  The updated
version, 0.92a, will be at http://www.rangenet.com/markiv/wsock.html in
a day or so.
