Hi,

Did anyone ever use the multiplatform (free) class library
YACL (http://www.cs.sc.edu/~sridhar/yacl.html)
with djgpp? I'll probably need the rsxntdj extensions?

Which make-files have to be used to build the library (or which changes are
necessary)?

Currently, YACL is at version 1.60, which has been tested under:

     Microsoft Windows 3.1 using any of
          Borland C++ versions 3.1 and later
          Watcom C++ 10.0a or later
*** DJGPP&RSXNTDJ IS MISSING HERE... ***
     Microsoft Windows NT using any of
          Borland C++ 4.0 or later
          Watcom C++ 10.0a or later
          Microsoft Visual C++ 2.1 or later
     IBM OS/2 versions 2.1 and 3.0 (Warp) using any of
          Borland C++ 1.5 or later
          IBM Visual Age C++ 3.0 or later
          Watcom C++ 10.0a or later
          the EMX C++ compiler
     SGI IRIX using Motif, with
          SGI Delta C++
          GNU C++ 2.6.3 (or later)
     Sun Solaris 2.4 with Motif, using
          Centerline C++ 4.11
          GNU C++ 2.6.3 (or later)
     several Unix platforms (DEC Ultrix, Linux, HP, IBM AIX) with X windows
     and Motif using GNU C++ 2.6.1 and later.
     (If you don't have Motif, try LessTif, available from
     http://www.hungry.com/products/lesstif. See the YACL FAQ list, however.)

I'm particulary interested in the User Interface part of the library. I want
to use it for students to programm with non-commercial packages on several
platforms...

Thanks
        Martin
