You didn't need to quote the whole article though.  However I do agree
with you completely.  In fact, I suggest bouncing the mail back to
postmaster, root, sales, and any other addresses at that site.

Since I've done just that.  Here is my message to mailloop:

DONT SEND EMAIL TO ME EVER AGAIN OR YOU WILL BE RELENTLESSLY BOMBED!
