I have begun work on an a gus object for Allegro using
Tero's port of the Gus SDK, which will (hopefully) end 
up in the distribution a few months down the line. Right 
now, it only inits the ultrasound to user settings (and 
tests to make sure it is actually there) but work has
begun on the digital portion. If anyone wants to help, I
can e-mail you the work in progress.
