Why? If they posted in usenet, then surely then know well enough to read
the solution there also. Besides off-line readers don't x-ref mail and
usenet to prevent duplication of messages. In other words people are
downloading twice as much when you do that.

Why? Just bounce his or add him to a filter, yourt server should
support this.
