To run any program in the DJGPP package you must have a file called
cwsdpmi.exe in your \djgpp\bin directory this enables DPMI. The directory
must also be included in your path. cwsdpmi.exe must also be available to
anybody running your programs on another machine, so don't forget to
inclde it in your distribution.
